Speech and Language Services in the Schools

Attendees will gain a basic understanding of the complex nature of speech and language skills. I will walk you through the highlights of the referral and evaluation process and how speech and language goals are determined for the IEP. We will also be discussing strategies and accommodations for the classroom that will empower you to help students with communication and social skills challenges.
