Hello,
My name is Erica Etuonu.This year will be the start of my third year here at Joplin and my 8th year overall. I will be discussing Career Ladder with the overall purpose of the district’s participation in the Career Ladder program is to honor and compensate the work certified team members are completing outside of the contracted day.
To increase student achievement through tutoring and enrichment activities
To create new opportunities for clubs and organizations and other select activities to keep students involved in school
To encourage teachers to develop professionally
To encourage teachers to work on district committees
To provide compensation for hours worked outside of the contracted day
